Filing a timely claim and providing the necessary information will guarantee that you receive a fast resolution to such an unfortunate situation. Return Policy: You can request a refund within 72 hours of receving your product is the item has been damaged or it is the wrong item. All custom orders or lettering are 100% non-returnable. Once these are manufactured they can not be refunded. Please ensure proper spelling and any other identifications before hand. If you need to request a return please contact us first at admin@thehotstickers.com. Return authorizations will only be issued on new unused merchandise in its original packaging that can be re sold. UPS call-tags will not be provided on these returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply Shipper Undeliverable Returns: If a package is returned to due to refusal of shipment or undeliverable address.
